At the core of the Addict SE Disc is a lightweight, stiff carbon frame dressed in clean aesthetics and subtle graphics. This gets paired with a full carbon fork with a tapered steerer for improved handling. An oversized bottom bracket reduces flex from pedaling forces and increases power transfer, while the 12mm thru axles add stiffness and result in a more secure wheel mounting system. Shimano's excellent Ultegra drivetrain brings all the advantages of electronic shifting, including increased shift accuracy and programmable buttons. Improved ergonomics at the brake hoods reduces hand fatigue on longer rides, while the wider-section crank arms add stiffness and increase power transfer without adding to the overall crankset weight.
